Personnel Office Responsibilities
1. Organization:
The Bureau has disaster prevention section, disaster rescue section, disaster management section, emergency rescue section, education and training section, fire investigation section, disaster relief command section, administration section, vehicle maintenance works, personnel office, ethics office, accounting office, first fire brigade, the second fire brigade, etc. The first fire brigade has three branches: the first, Dean, and Hunei; the second fire brigade has the jurisdiction of four branches: Lantan, the second, Houhu, and East District.
2. Staffing:
One director, one deputy director and one secretary; eight section chiefs, three office chiefs, two commanders, two deputy commanders, twenty-one staff members, two technical specialists, seven branch heads, and 30 team leaders; three assistant technical specialists, three clerks, one associate clerk, 204 firefighters, and a total of 292.
3. Personnel office responsibilities:
Handling the organization, duties, staffing, personnel management, examination and assignment, appointment and dismissal, reviewing dynamics, secondment of part-time, part-time work, leave and absence, performance review, reward and punishment, merits and praises, training, digital learning, service law and guarantees, going abroad, pays, living allowance, vacation subsidy, housing purchase assistance, birthday party, cultural and recreational association, recreational sports, health check, government insurance, health insurance, disabled condolences due to mission, retirement, pension, severance pay, communications materials, personnel information systems, honors list, and sequential convention.
