Under the director, there is a deputy director and a secretary. There are eight sections: disaster prevention, disaster management, disaster rescue, emergency rescue, education and training, fire investigation, disaster relief command, administration. Three offices are accounting, personnel, and ethics. Two fire brigades are first fire brigade and second fire brigade.
The disaster rescue has one vehicle maintenance works. The first fire brigade has the jurisdiction of three branches: the first, Dean, and Hunei.
The second fire brigade has the jurisdiction of four branches: the second, Houhu, East District, and Lantan.
